They do communicate with us, by releasing an update when it's ready.

Go outside and touch grass, maybe poke around in the firmware to find some bugs to report.

I think you're letting beta updates take up too much of your free time. It's just a beta software update, it's not going to be wildly different. What feature do you need in this beta that you don't already have? Or is it just a desire to have the latest and greatest?

Samsung does a far better job of incorporating feedback from it's users and fans than any other manufacturer out there. Most of my feedback provided for the beta has been directly answered.

Sometimes also you can get an update before they post it in the fourms, its rare though
