Are you signed up for the Android Auto beta by chance?

Additionally, in the morning, after your device fails to connect to Android auto submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:
1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue.

Android Auto Beta user here, never ran into this issue. May be helpful to reboot phone into bootloader and wipecache partition as a whole.
Uncertain if this will resolve the issue but either way, do what is suggested above and report the error.

I have the S25 Ultra also and a after market wireless adapter. I have not experienced this at all. I also do the cache partition wipe after every beta update. Have you tried unplugging the wireless adapter and then replug it back in?
