Because I choose to use Google Pay which Samsung has conviently left out of the Beta. Seems like when a utility company "slams" a customer. Lesson learned, no more beta software.
It's googles fault really from what I understand for having their security not allowing the beta build to access it. They don't do it on purpose. It was like this with the Android 11 beta as well. Well, every beta on Samsung as a matter of fact
