Does anybody feel that animations getting sometimes laggy and not like at the beginning of the beta program? Or it is only me being picky!!

Try Installing the Samsung Good Guardians application from the Galaxy store and then run the application booster this will result in improved performance and also its normal for the first beta release to be have some lagging of apps

I find any Android device to act wonky sometimes I keep my s22 extremely clean by using the supplied app and restart every evening automatically.

Same, I find restarting my phone daily helps with issues

They are a bit laggy for me at times yeah. I did the cache clear, good guardians, optimize but it still persists. Hoping they look better in the next beta updates

The next beta release should help with issues, also check the device care application and then put unnecessary applications into deep sleep
