Anyone else have a laggy phone atm?

For me to open even the members app i have to go to the multi app thing (i forgot what its called but where you have all your open apps) in order for it to load. Are you guys experiencing the same lag or similar?

A quick restart fixed it but ima report it because it can still happen after long period of usage
