Anyone else having issues getting into the lock screen editing application?

Can't seem to launch into the wallpaper or lock screen Editor. Tried doing so thru the settings menu as well as touch and holding on the lock screen.

Anyone else?

When I went to check out the color palette. It set wall paper to default. After that it let me set my wall paper. I had not tried the editor 1st so not sure if I had the same problem. It definitely did not like a wallpaper there when it upgraded.
