On current OneUI 6.0 beta 5 and my phone keeps changing my SIM default. I have 1 SIM card and one eSIM. I always use my eSIM as default primary but it keeps switching back to SIM card.

I find out cause when I text, I see it is sending it from SIM Card line.

I was having have that problem also but not as frequent. You can turn off the option for data switching. If you go to sim manager in settings, you can turn it off. What it does when on is to switch networks if one is not working. I believe that is the root of cause.

This problem is happening to me right now. The only way to  make it chose the correct card is to turn off  the other card so that  only the one you want to be primary is active, Restart, then go back and activate the  secondary card.   It appears to stay however I  am unable to  use the member app to post  Beta issues because it says my  carrier has changed regardless of  the card that is primary.

Yes, i am having this problem.  My eSIM keeps switching back to my physical SIM without me changing it on purpose.  I set it to my eSIM as the primary SIM, then within like half an hour it has changed back to the physical SIM with no input from me.  This is super bad for me and I never had this problem until (i think) the last update.  Please fix.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.

You can select which SIM (physical or eSIM) the device uses when sending messages or making outgoing calls.  This does not change your primary SIM (Settings > Connections > SIM Manager).  If you used a physical SIM to send a message to a contact, that SIM will be used when sending a message to that contact unless you change it in the Message composer window.

If you are noticing a different behavior, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

- To provide UX or UI-related feedback, such as usability or feature suggestions, select "Beta community Suggestions" in the Beta recruitment notice of Samsung Members app.

We appreciate your contribution to the Beta Program.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team

Sorry I don't have time to submit a report at the moment but something is definitely broke. Just had to do a bunch of turn on turn off sim's to get back in here as Memebers app said I changed providers 😞

Ok back after reverting back to OneUI 5 which worked flawless. Then installed latest OneUI 6 Beta 6 and from what I see is working. Time will tell if this problem is fixed.
