QuestionsHello,
Thank you for reporting this issue with app icons disappearing from the home screen after an update. Since this behavior is not expected, we recommend submitting an error report via Samsung Members so the development team can investigate further.
How to Submit an Error Report:
1) Open the Samsung Members app on your device.
2) Go to Support > Error Reports.
3) Select "UI/UX" or "App Issues" as the category.
4) Provide a brief description of the issue, including any troubleshooting steps you’ve tried.
5) Ensure "Send System Log Data" is checked, then submit the report.
This will allow the development team to analyze system logs and diagnose the issue more effectively. We appreciate your patience and your contributions to the Samsung Community.
