Beta 4 Removed

Does anyone know of why the beta 4 was pulled or why it was removed from the beta notices?

Looking at my last update, it still says the last successful update was 07/14. Yeah, 🤷‍♂️

I never got 4th notice but my phone just updated after restart in fact after I updated went to notice to see release notes and the beta 4 was never there
