Every beta update, I can never see the info of what changed because the page keeps going to a black screen. Like the info disappears when I scroll down. What is going on. Is this s glitch? This is in the "beta notice" section of the members app where you get the notice of each new update. Not on my watch or the watch app. Something is wrong. How do I fix this? Is there a fix for this? Has anyone else experienced this?
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:
1. Open Samsung Members.> Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 2. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 3. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
