I heard that many people were unable to send beta feedback after the update (Beta 6). 

The beta moderators have not communicated with us, if this problem will ever be fixed. And this is required to help Samsung fix issues in the beta software. This should have been fixed immediately.

I'm on B6 and haven't had any issues with sending feedback or bug reports

@angelg4 It seems to be intermittent at worst. Mine seemingly resolved itself. A few are still experiencing issues after numerous fix attempts. If you are experiencing that, try going into the Members app's properties, storage and clear out both the cache and the data. Then uninstall it. Go to Galaxy Store, search for the Members app and reinstall it. See if that helps.

 

I don't know if anyone paid attention or if this was an anomaly prompt for me,. But once I updated to the beta 6, I got a prompt stating that March 3rd (tomorrow), the beta will auto-update to the final version.

Yeah, that advice came from Robin's tip. But a few replied back that that did not work for them. I got a private message from the moderator they are looking at this and it's an issue. But I honestly don't know if that will matter since from the prompt I received updating to beta 6 on Thursday, stated that my device will auto-update tomorrow March 3rd to the final version.

Someone suggested uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, and then reinstalling it, and it worked for them.

I just cleared all the app's data, force-closed it, uninstalled it, and restarted my phone. After reinstalling the app, the feedback option is working now.

We are reviewing the situation. In the meantime, some users have reported success after performing the following steps:
โ€ข Clear cache and data for the Samsung Members app
โ€ข Uninstall Samsung Members
โ€ข Restart the device
โ€ข Reinstall Samsung Members from the Galaxy Store

If the issue persists after these steps, please try again later as this may be intermittent.
