First of all do a backup of all your data since when you revert back your phone will factory reset itself.

Later you can simply withdraw from the beta in Settings OneUI Beta registration status

Honestly in this month is when the OneUI 5 stable is going to be released so I would say better be patient

Every time I open my fold 4 the screen goes black and wouldn't come back.on.

Same problem. The Fold4 freezes during transitions only on the beta. Super frustrating
