Flip 6 OneUI 7: I get a prompt saying I need to download an additional package to enable the feature when turning on the Labs in Bixby for the Custon Wake Word. When I tap download it says PUS Unknown Error : 1 and nothing else happens.
I also had this error in OneUI 6. My wife's S24 on OneUI 6 works fine with the custom wake word and no prompt to download a package. My S25 with stock OneUI 7 also works fine.
I've tried different wifi and cellular connections. Tried rebooting, uninstalling all things Bixby (can't uninstall Bixby itself but cleared cache/data and disabled/reenabled it), enabling every single permission for Bixby and system activities, and tried Safe Mode. No luck. Anyone else with a Flip 6 that has the Custom Wake Word working fine? I'd like to avoid wiping the entire phone as a next step, but if it's working for anyone else with a Flip 6 then it may be all I can try next.

For closure here: I submitted a report with logs from my Flip 6 and as of today I went to set a custom wake-word and it just worked without any error or prompt to install an additional package. Of note, I didn't download a single app or OS update all week. It must have been server-side in some way. LOVING having a custom wake-word now. Thank you!!
