Call screening

I'm new to this and I saw that the beta has call screener options. Is that restricted to your carrier

I don't see a lot of the things mentioned in the changelog. I'm using the Unlocked model and don't have call screening or the ability to disable RAM plus.

I'm on t-mobile locked and I don't have them either

They probably never enabled it, they probably wanted but didn't but somehow it still made it into the change log
