Can't download beta

I have joined the beta and it says that I have joined but it won't let me download the beta how do I fix this

The problem was my phone was not updating from the old one ui7 to the new one ui7 so that it could then update to eight but I fixed it with a factory reset and then had to update it with Smart Switch on the PC
