Thank you for participating in Beta program.
Please try to restart both your devices (Phone / Watch) and delete Cache on Samsung Members app. Generally, there could be a delay from server registering your Watch's information which may cause delay in Samsung Health / Galaxy Manager/ Beta Software downloads.
Also, as @Members_17gqi0b mentioned, once the Phone and Watch is connected to Bluetooth successfully, then it will start sending the diagnostic data to Beta server for registration (which takes some time on your end).

QuestionsI got everything to install for my Watch 4 beta yesterday. But I had to try repeatedly. I also rebooted my phone a few times.
Persistence paid off.
But I suspect that if I had just been patient and waited a day after signing up that everything would have been smoother.
