Custom Contact Call Background? Gone?

I don't see the settings anymore to add a custom call background to specific contacts. I don't see where you can add a custom ringtone either. Is anybody else have this removed or am I just looking in the wrong place? It used to be under the more information view in the edit contact page.

For ringtones, Open phone app, click contact, click the i, click more, at bottom of list click ringtone/vibration.
For background, Open phone app, click contact, click person, click the i, click edit, at top left of screen click create profile card. 🖖🏻

I noticed it too and is very annoyed. So many things that have been messed up and no fix in sight 😕 they messed you the always on display photo image is sp dull and only during the daylight it's a little bright ughhh
