DND exclusion

Hi, 

So i was running into an issue that I have 2 contacts that dnd is supposed to ignore at all times but clearly the setting doesn't wanna work at all. As even though it says allowed during dnd it doesn't wanna work like that at all and just ignores everything. Are yall running into similar issues, as this is an important feature that doesn't seem to be working.

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
