DR Parser Mode, ADB & Wireless debugging Not Working

ADB and wireless debugging options greyed. 

Even the basic codes *#0*# *#06# wouldn't work.

Any workarounds?

When you see this, please submit a bug report so Samsung can Investigate the issue properly. Steps below. Additionally I DM ed you

- To report bugs or errors in the Beta software, select "Beta feedback > Send feedback" in the Samsung Members app.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
