Does modes activate on its own?

I notice my modes activates on its own causing me to miss my alarms. Is this happening to anyone?

The last 4 of the build number in your phone settings

Then compare that to the "notices" tab where Samsung is notifying you of the beta updates

Please update your device to 4th beta release, SW version VJ2.  You can go to Settings > About Phone > SW Information to verify your current SW version.  If it is not VJ2, you can go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to update your device.
