Drop down notification panel

Was the ability to change the number of icons and sizes on the drop down notification panel part of good lock or just not an option in 13? I like the option of having 6 icons on the first swipe down and 5 or 6x3 instead of 4x3 on the second swipe.

I think it was part of good lock, but I can't remember for sure because I installed it on day one lol

I remember having 6 and I didn't have goodlock.

I thought there was something about layout in the settings of the pull down menu but not 100 percent sure
