With my hearing aids, there is an option in Bluetooth Setting for the individual device to set the default microphone for calls to either the phone microphone or the hearing aid microphone. Check to see if the same option is there for your earbuds.
While your ear buds is connected to your phone during calls, you can swap your input/output audio connection from :
Call screen > Audio icon (Speaker/ connected BT..) > Change the output voice to Bluetooth (Buds Ear).
If the behavior persists even after changing your audio output, please submit an error report from below steps:
1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
