Every restart I get a notification to unlock secure folder

Hello. Every time I restart my phone there's a notification I can't get rid of to unlock secure folder to receive notifications, but I don't use secure folder

Started after taking the last update, I took another update today 9/15/22 thinking it was a fix (it wasn't)...always some kind of issue after updates. This one isn't really a problem but it's annoying as all **bleep**. If Samsung is aware of it the should fix it ASAP.

I'm also tired of this issue. It isn't helpful if you have stuff to secure that it becomes noticeable the minute I restart my phone
