In One UI 6, I used to get the option to open a file manager when inserting a USB drive. I don't get that option anymore. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you for sharing your experience. You're not aloneāsome users have reported that the automatic file manager prompt when connecting a USB drive no longer appears after updating to One UI 7 Beta.
This could be due to changes in how the system handles USB OTG connections in the current beta build. In the meantime, you can still manually access your USB drive through the My Files app under the USB storage section.
We recommend submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app so the R&D team can further investigate and address this behavior in future updates. Your feedback is valuable in helping improve the overall experience.
