I'm getting the dreaded "fingerprint sensor is not responding. If this keeps happening, restart phone." Previously have had to factory reset phone to get it to work. Sometimes after some time it starts working again after having been disabled for a while. No screen protector. Has happened while I was on one UI 7 and continuing to occur on one UI 8 beta.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
