Floating icon

What is a green floating icon that looks like a dropper. all I can do is drag it around and drag it to the side of the screen it minimizes and it has a little man logo when it get minimized. Anyone else has this and what does it do. I have a note 10 plus

Ok I figured it out. It was something to do with the accessibility app. I unselected the icons and poff floating icon gone. 🙂
