Fonts from Galaxy Store

Normally when I am looking to try a new font I can use the try it out button and I can type a few sentences to see how the font will look, but now when I use it the screen comes up blank and doesn't show what I'm typing. Anyone had this problem?

@Wensmith76 Try going to Settings > Accessibility > Vision enhancements then turn/toggle off "High contrast themes" and "High contrast fonts" and see if that helps. If not, leaving them off, go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Themes > Storage and then clear the cache (not the data!). Do the same thing with the Galaxy Store app as well (not the data!) and then reboot the device. If that still fails then report this as a bug using the "Beta feedback" in the Members app in the beta section.

To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.

1. Open Samsung Members โ†’ One UI Beta Program โ†’ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โ€œSend system log dataโ€ is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
