I bought a samsung a73 apparently nobody can help including the samsung chat help my phone had a update the 6.1 last month it must have been a glitch because i got home 2 weeks ago my phone wouldnt charge so i restarted it and it said ui 6.1 finishing updates got up went to put phone on charger it said buzz buzz water moisture detected  remove charger  clean port there is NO water NO moisture  been like this for 14 days also my battery drains faster  and my phone is over heating  i did a factory RESET nothing i cant put it in safe mode it says error i have 45 % battery life left i would restart my phone and it would charge take the charger out water drop would come bk on  samsung update broke my phone any ideas

Hope over to xda and find guide that will walk you through downloading and installing the previous firmware. You could take it to a samsung dealer to have it reflashed or wait for the next update and hope they have fixed the issue. Also submit error report with samsung members app.

For A series community, you may visit A Series & Other Mobile - Samsung Community  to see if other users are having the similar issue. 

We recommend raising your report via Samsung Members app (Send feedback > Error Reports) or book an appointment with your local customer service center (Support > Repair Service > Book appointment) to diagnose if it's a hardware or software problem.
