Google apps freezing and other

Any google apps like meet or YouTube get stuck on screen and I can't get out of them no matter what i do other than a restart, another thing is opening things like pages or dialogs need something to trigger it,  after I get the vibration feedback I need to drag down to cause it to trigger

Yea youtube freezes when selecting a short. I have to swipe down to basically reload the video to start playing

I'm getting freezing between switching between all apps. I have to use the back gesture to break freeze or restart device.

My dex works fine
