Please try the below steps:
* Update Google app to the latest version
1. Settings - Accounts - Manage accounts - Remove all Google accounts
2. Settings - Apps - Google Play services - Storage - Manage Storage - clear all data
3. Settings - Apps - Google - Storage - clear data
4. Reboot device
5. Launch Play Store - Input Google account
If the issue persists, please submit your feedback with reproduction video and logs (do not close the Members app while sending the diagnostic data) to help us understand the issue more in detail.
