My phone has been restarting and get these automatic error reports 

i noticed I'm unable to unlock my phone with my fingerprint

The fingerprint scanner gets deactivated every 72hrs anyway forcing the user to enter the password/pin/pattern anyway, so it's better to just disable it. no point in having it if it's just going to be unreliable.

It doesn't get deactivated. The system requires re-authentication every 72 hours.

Deactivated would mean you couldn't use fingerprint again. Fingerprint still works. The system temporarily requires a different authentication method. See the difference?

In any case, that policy has nothing to do with the random restarts the OP is experiencing.

I've never seen that message before. Have you submitted any error reports?

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
