"One Ul Beta features aren't available because your service provider has changed."

 
How do I fix this? I'm currently on One UI 7 beta and I haven't been able to report bugs because of this

Did you change carriers? The only carrier locked phones able to get the data are on t-mobile. Otherwise, you have to have an unlocked phone. Verizon and AT&T locked phones do not participate in the beta.

No, I just added an esim but also kept my physical sim. So now I have 2 active sims

Prior to joining the beta, what was your carrier? Is it a U or U1 variant?

You might try going to the beta forum https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/S24-S24-S24-Ultra/ct-p/us-bp-stwentyfour?page=1&tab=recent_topic...

The secondary carrier is likely not part of the beta and you cannot use the beta with a non participating carrier and there is no way to split the OS.

I though the beta was for unlocked phones in the US, which seemed like any carrier can be used
