Unfortunately that's Google Theming for the Pixel devices on Android 12 Material You, Samsung has their own theming with One UI 4. Material You is apparently not available to other developers until the 12.1 update maybe we'll see bigger changes with it. Latest rumors the beta for 12.1 on Google devices is set for later Dec.
