Media Player Squiggle Line

I remember Google previewed a feature for the Android 13 beta that made the notification media player have a squiggly line for the section of the song that already played. 

Is that a Google / Pixel exclusive or is that coming to other devices?

It's most likely a Google-only feature. Not sure if it's coming to other devices
