My phone had the microphone access icon show up randomly for about 2 seconds at a time and security said nothing was accessing it.
If anyone else has this happen, check your Google settings. It was allowed to use the mic while the app was in use, but randomly accessed it. I assume for "okay google", but I thought I had turned voice recognition off.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
