No banner to enroll for one ui 6.0 in US

I have an s21 ultra in the US under t mobile. I am notseeing a banner to enroll in the beta program... can anyone help???

I have a carrier unlocked A54 (a546U1) so U1. Nada. Supposed to be available for carrier unlocked A54's but no banner for me either. Lame Samsung. Lame.
