To better understand the behavior, please ensure that call recording is supported in your region and enabled in Phone settings (Phone > Setting (3 dots) > Record Calls)
If the issue continues, we recommend submitting an error report via Samsung Members (Beta Program > Error reports) right after reproducing the issue. Including logs will help the team investigate more effectively.
