ONE UI 7.0 - How to display year in notification panel?

On May 6, 2025 I downloaded the ONE UI 7.0 update. How do I now update my notification panel (top left corner of screen) to display the year?

▪︎ I want to see: 9:08 PM Tue, May 6 2025

Do I need to use Quick Star? If so, how? Please advise.
