When will you guys release the official One UI 4 update?? You guys said tonight and still no update!

Unlocked Note 20 Ultra phones in the US that are not on beta already got it today this morning!!

What is up with that? HURRY UP AND RELEASE IT!

It is advised to back up all your data before doing it. It says it will wipe your phone clean going back to one ui 3.1

Yes, but still, not everything can be fully backed up, some things like social media chats and many more.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to release an update to official software as soon as possible. We are waiting on technical approval and once we do receive it, software will be released to all members.

How much longer will that take? And why is it needed? Samsung already released it for unlocked note 20 models already yesterday.. OUR MODELS.... we are UNLOCKED owners... it's been rolling out for carrier locked models too... what is the darn hold up?? No excuses. Never beta testing again
