Thank you very much for sharing your feedback.
If your proximity sensor is not working as expected during calls, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:
1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
