One UI 5 Beta - Notification Sounds

Has anyone else noticed that notification sounds are not working? When I goto Settings > Sounds and vibration and choose my notification sound it doesn't work. Also, when I get a notification the sound doesn't work. Everything else is working as normal. 

I'll report it, but I was curious if anyone else had the issue.

I restarted and wiped the cache. It's really odd it only appears to be affecting Notification sounds and Vibrations. I might do a reset to see if that resolves it.

I tracked it down to a feature on the pixel watch where it mutes phone notifications by default when the watch is paired.
