One UI 7 Beta Eligibility with new carrier

I have a Samsung S24 Ultra factory unlocked model. I purchased it from Samsung website directly. I have used it on Google Fi until recently, when I switched over to AT&T with my family. However, now Samsung Members app is showing me "One Ul Beta features aren't available because your service provider has changed."

Can you help with mine as well.

I have s23+ unlocked dual sim, att on psim and did have spectrum on esim but, changed esim to tello. One ui7 beta says to contact you all about it as not updates as I changed carrier. I did not realize that comparing services would get me cutoff.
