Thank you for submitting the error report and sharing the community feedback!
Unfortunately, system logs were not attached from the error report, and we were unable to proceed with your issue any further.
Could you please submit an error report once again after reproducing the issue, send error report within 3 minutes of the issue occurrence with "System Log" checked (with the screenshots attached), and not closing the Samsung Members app until you get a notification that error report has been sent?
