It means your report was sent successfully meaning all data logs were received by Samsung Team. It can take many days before a moderator replies. I guess it depends on the severity of the error reported. Once a moderator has viewed your error usually 99.9% of the time you will get a moderator reply to your open ticket. The blue check mark will then say answered.
