Anyone else lock (pin) apps to keep them always open? I have searched high and low to disable all battery optimization and keep background activity for a lightweight work application for my schedule. I've reinstalled the app and nothing will work. You can lock the app and within a couple of hours it's back to being unlocked and refreshed. It's the only app I have that's quick launch and my RAM never maxes out.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
