Anyone experiencing RCS not registering? Verizon here. I keep getting messages restoring backup and no way to stop it. Tried clearing the data from messages and turned off all backups and deleted them but it still will not register nor will that notification go away.

Not looking to factory reset yet.

RCS is working fine. I'm on Verizon using Samsung Messages. Are you using Samsung Messages?

They never did. It's always worked with Samsung Messages and never stopped. What messages app do you use?

Which messages app are you using?

Samsung messages RCS will never connect. You have to use Google Messages. It is working perfectly fine on my S25U on Verizon.

I use Samsung Messages with RCS. It never stopped; it was always working fine. You don't have to use Google Messages.

I had the same issue. I switched to Samsung messages as default, cleared Google Messages cache, then back to Google Messages and it connected. I know I didn't have to change to Samsung messages to clear cache, but that's the steps I did, maybe the clear cache or switching to Sam Messages and back to Google did it. I'm on T-Mo
