Questions1. Power off
2. Press Volume Up and Power button and hold on to both.
3. Once you see the Samsung name and android on your phone, release Power Button.
4. Continue to hold the Volume Up until you see the Recovery screen.
5. Use Volume Down to navigate to Clear Cache and press the Power Button to activate it.
6. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to Repair App, and press the Power Button to activate it.
Your phone will boot, and after booting, the problem would have gone.
If it is not fixed, you will need to back up your phone, then repeat the process to you get to Recovery. Once there, rather than picking Wipe Cache, pick Reset to Factory Setting. Press the Power Button to activate it.
After all these, your phone will be restored to factory setting.
