S24 One UI 9 beta join

Hi, I have a galaxy S24 S921B, but I am on an unsupported beta program country, I wonder how can I join the one ui 9 and future 9.5 programs legitly through sam members, i have changed CSC already, but if someone knows Ill be thankful for the help.

There is no Oneui 9 beta for the S24 at this time
