Is anyone else having issues with screenshot scroll capture not functioning?

Not at all. You are pressing and holding your finger on the scroll button, right?

There's an initial delay in response to scroll but thats intentionally so people don't accidentally scroll too far if they only want part of the screen but not all the way to the end. You have to hold it for about a second before it begins to scroll but I just tested it in this app and worked fine, as it always has for me.

I noticed im have issue with scroll capture not working in some apps. I just tried in weather app.

My is working fine. I agree, try clearing the cache partition
