There isn't an option to turn on Rcs on samsung messages like there is for google messages

You have to use Google Messages on unlocked firmware. Unlocked firmware doesn't do RCS via Samsung Messages.

For t mobile? I was able to use RCS with samsung messages when I had my unlock s10 when I was sprint

Not true I had an unlocked device and it worked just fine I had it on t mobile, Google fi, Verizon, and now cricker

I'll guarantee you unlocked on TMO won't have RCS on Samsung Messages. I can attest.

I use Google messages until I switched to cricket they said RCS isn't available

Install Carrier Services, if installed, go in and clear cache and data, then restart, update, and restart again

RCS definitely doesn't work with Samsung messages on unlocked on TMO on the S22.
